摘要
为研究玻璃钢(FRP复合材料)材料应用于轻型结构构件的适用性,在不同温度下进行大量玻璃钢试件的弯曲试验,对试验数据进行统计分析,取得常温下玻璃钢材料(FRP复合材料)弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量、及应力-应变曲线等基本力学参数以及温度变化对弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量及应力-应变曲线的影响程度,分析得出玻璃钢材料弯曲强度,弯曲弹性模量比钢材低很多。
In order to study the applicability of the Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) composite materials for light structure, bending compression test of a large number of FRP samples was carried out in Different Temperature.Through statistically analysis of test data, we get the FRP's basic mechanical parameters like bending tensile strength, bending elastic modulus in normal temperature and get changes and influence of mechanical parameters like bending tensile strength, bending elastic modulus in different temperature. Compared with steel material properties, the bending tensile strength, bending elastic modulus of the FRP is lower than steel's.
