Study on Optimization Method of Coal Mine Engineering Construction Project Management

煤矿企业实施项目建设管理的目的在于依托有效的项目管理过程实现其管理职能,而现实是我国煤矿企业内部的工程项目建设管理过程中依然面临着各种问题,项目建设质量没有保证。基于此,针对煤矿设施建设管理过程中面临的问题,结合实际施工经验提出相关解决策略,以达到增强煤矿工程建设作业质量的目标。

The history of project management, the implementation of the coal mine enterprises, its purpose is to rely on the project management process appropriate and effective implementation of its management functions, and thus to enhance the operation quality of coal mine construction project target. Because the economy of our country is becoming more and more developed, the construction of the coal mine industry is booming. However, there are still a lot of problems in the construction management of China＇s coal enterprises （especially the open pit coal mine）, and the quality of the project construction is not guaranteed. Based on this, this paper focuses on the problems faced in the process of coal mine facilities construction management, and then closely combined with its own construction experience for many years to propose relevant solutions, in order to achieve and enhance the purpose of peers.
