摘要
目前我国绝大多数高职院校,对学生的评价方式一直采取的是终结性评价,因而教学质量评价体系也是以此为基础而建设。随着教育模式的转变,这种评价体系已不能真实地反映学生的综合素质,也难以适应当前"以能力培养为目的"医学教育模式。本文通过探析形成性评价的实际运用价值,逐步优化高职教学质量评价体系,为正确的评判医学生的综合素质、适应当前医学教育模式、培养社会需要的医药卫生人才奠定基础。
At present, the vast majority of our higher vocational colleges have taken the summative evaluation, thus teaching quality evaluation system is also based on this building. With the transformation of education, this is not a true reflection of the evaluation system of students' comprehensive qualities, and is difficult to adapt to the current " abilities for the purpose of medical education model". Through analysis of the practical application of formative evaluation, we optimized higher vocational teaching quality evalua-tion system for correct evaluation of medical students ' comprehensive quality, adapted to the current medical education model and training needs of the community, and laid the foundation for medical and health personnel.
