以中药专业为例探究高职创新实验班人才培养模式

A Case Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Exploring Talent Training Model of Innovative Experimental Class in Higher Vocational College

从目前国内高职教育人才培养的现状以及存在的问题,以及国内外创新实验班的情况分析,以中药专业为例,结合已连续开展三届创新实验班的具体实践,对高职创新实验班人才培养模式提供了基本思路和具体方案。结论:高职创新实验班在人才培养中应突出宽口径、重技能的教育思路,通过采用小班制、学分制、导师制教学,侧重应用型人才培养,完善课程体系,集中优势教学资源,因材施教。

In this paper, the current status of China higher professional education and the problems at home and abroad as well as innovative experimental class analysis of the situation, Chinese medicine professional, for example, combined with the concrete prac-tice of third consecutive undertaken innovative experimental class of vocational innovative experiment class training model provides the basic ideas and specific proposals. Innovation experimental class vocational personnel training should highlight the wide caliber,heavy thinking skills education, through small class sizes, credit, tutorial system, improve curriculum, focus on application-oriented training and the advantages of teaching resources.
