生肌愈创油纱包扎疗法治疗烧烫伤疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Shengji Yuchuang Gauze Therapy in the Treatment of Burn

目的研究使用生肌愈创油纱包扎疗法对烧烫伤的临床治疗效果。方法将参加治疗的患者随机分成2组,2组病例均作常规创面处理：清洁创面不清创,无污染创面予0.9%生理盐水清创,其余创面以0.2‰-0.5‰PP液清洗创面（早期浓、后期淡）。创面太大水泡予低位剪开放液,已脱落腐皮及III度烧伤创面腐皮,可直接清除。治疗组（A）：常规创面处理后,将生肌愈创油纱单层覆盖创面,上盖消毒敷料包扎,前期隔日更换1次,后期3-5天更换1次,直至痊愈（创面干燥,24h内无渗出）为止,并观察预后情况,记录相关指标。对照组（B）：常规创面处理后,应用美宝湿润烧伤膏常规涂抹烧烫伤皮肤创面治疗,与治疗组同期观察记录相关指标。结果炎症指标A组明显优于B组;抗生素使用率方面A组明显低于B组（均P〈0.05）;治愈时间A组明显短于B组（均P〈0.05）;治愈率A组明显高于B组（P〈0.05）;病人依从性A组明显优于B组。结论生肌愈创油纱具有镇静止痛、抗菌消炎、抗渗出、止血、创面保护和促进伤口愈合的作用;可免用抗生素;可缩短治疗时间;创面修复平坦美观,无瘢痕或少瘢痕;换药不出血、减少疼痛,病人依从性好;包扎疗法不需要特殊医疗条件,可在基层医疗机构实施。生肌愈创油纱包扎疗法治疗烧烫伤是一种理想有效的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Shengji Yuchuang Gauze therapy in the treatment of burn. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the two groups were treated with routine treatment as follows： cleaning the wound de-bridement and no contamination of the wounds received 0.9 % saline Qing gen, the other wounds to 0.2-0.5% PP solution for cleaning the wound（ early thick, late light）. The wound is too large to be cut open, the wound has been peeled off and the III degree burn wound skin, can be directly removed. Treatment group（A） was given wound routine treatment and muscle guaiacum oil yarn monolayer covered the wound surface, covered with a sterile dressing, early was changed every other day, late 3-5 days replacement1 times until healed（the wound was dry, within 24 hours without any exudation） and observe the prognosis recorded related indi-cators. After conventional treatment, the control group（ B） applied Meibao Shirun Shaoshang ointment burn wounds. At the same period of the treatment, the relevant indicators were observed and recorded. Results Inflammatory biomarkers of A group was significantly higher than that of B group（P〈0.05）. The utility ratio of antibiotics in A group was significantly lower than that in B group（P〈0.05）. The cure time in A group was significantly shorter than that in B group（ P〈0.05）. The cure rate in A group was significantly higher than that in B group（ P〈0.05）. A group was better than B group in patients＇ compliance. Conclusion Shengji Yuchuang oil yarn has a sedative, antibacterial anti-inflammatory, anti exudation, hemostasis, protect the wound and promote wound healing, can reduce the antibiotic and shorten the treatment time, wound repair flat appearance, no scars or scars less, dressing no bleeding, no pain, and patient＇s compliance is good. The bandaging methods don＇t need special medical conditions, and can be imple-mented in the basic medical institutions. Shengji Yuchuang gauze bandaging therapy in the treatment of burn is an ideal and effective treatment method.
