补肾宣肺活血通腑法治疗糖尿病便秘30例

Tonifying Kidney and Dispersing Lung Qi for Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Obstruction in Collaterals Method in Treating Diabetic Constipation for 30 Cases

目的观察中药补肾宣肺活血通腑法治疗糖尿病便秘与枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗的效果比较。方法将60例患者随机单盲分为两组,在常规治疗糖尿病的基础上,治疗组用补肾宣肺活血通腑方汤药治疗;对照组用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗。结果治疗组总有效率达93.3%,对照组的总有效率80.0%,经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论中药补肾宣肺活血通腑法推陈致新治疗糖尿病便秘,能迅速改善患者的大便性状、缩短排便间隔时间、减轻排便费力情况,并且能降低其高血糖及高血粘度状态下诱发心脑肾急危重症的风险,从而改善患者的生活质量,缩短治疗时程,无不良反应发生,给患者带来综合获益。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of tonifying kidney and dispersing lung qi for promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in collaterals method and mosapride citrate in treating diabetic constipation. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups with single blind method. On the basis of conventional treatment of diabetes, the treatment group was treated with tonifying kidney and dispersing lung qi for promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in collaterals method, and the con-trol group was treated with mosapride citrate. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.3 %, the total effective rate of the control group was 80.5%, and there was significant difference after statistics processing（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The tonifying kidney and dispersing lung qi for promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in collaterals method in treating dia-betic constipation can rapidly improve the patient ＇s stool character, shorten defecation time interval and reduce effort defecate, and can reduce the high blood sugar and high blood viscosity state induced by preserving renal risk of critical patients, so as to improve the quality of life of patients, shorten the treatment schedule, no bad reaction and bring the comprehensive benefit to patients.
