参芪扶正汤联合化疗药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌43例

Shenqi Fuzheng Decoction combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer for 43 Cases

目的观察参芪扶正汤联合化疗药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法 86例患者随机分为中药+化疗组(观察组)、化疗组(对照组),对照组选用NP方案,观察组在对照组基础上同时服用参芪扶正汤。结果观察组有效率、瘤体缩小程度、KPS评分及不良反应与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正汤联合化疗药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者能提高患者的生存质量,增强患者机体免疫力,延长患者生存期,疗效显著。

Objective T o observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy group（observation group） and chemotherapy group（ control group）. The control group used NP program. The observation group used Shenqi Fuzheng decoction on the basis of the control group. Results There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the effective rate, the tumor size, the degree of tumor shrinkage, the KPS score and the adverse reac-tion（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the quality of life, enhance the immune function of patients, prolong the survival time of patients, and the curative effect is remarkable.
