雷火灸对老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion on Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨雷火灸对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法选取60例慢性心力衰竭患者,对照组30例,在常规西药治疗基础上配合中药汤剂治疗;治疗组30例,在常规西药治疗基础上配合中药汤剂治疗同时予以雷火灸治疗,12周后评价疗效。结果治疗组和对照组前后血浆BNP、CRP水平、6 min步行试验及心功能,组内比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,治疗组较对照组疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用雷火灸治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者疗效可靠,操作方便,副作用少,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of thunder fire moxibustion on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 60 cases of chronic heart failure patients were selected. The control group of 30 cases used Chinese medicine decoction based on Western treatment. 30 cases in the treatment group were given thunderbolt moxibustion group on the basis of the Chinese medicine decoction and Western treatment. After 12 weeks, the curative effect of two groups was observed. Results Before and after treatment, BNP, CRPlevels, 6 MWT distance as well as heart function of each group were compared, and there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The thunder fire moxibustion on elderly patients with chronic heart failure has reliable therapeutic effect, is easy to operate, has less side effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
