穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗妊娠呕吐的效果观察及护理

Observation on the Effect and Nursing of Acupoint Sticking Therapy combined with Ear Pressure Beans in the Treatment of Vomiting of Pregnancy

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗妊娠呕吐的效果及临床护理干预。方法以2014年—2015年收治的妊娠呕吐孕妇80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组予以常规补液治疗,观察组予以穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆治疗,2组均给予临床护理干预,对比观察2组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为90.0%,对照组的治疗有效率为70.0%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗妊娠呕吐孕妇实施临床护理干预,可以提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect and clinical nursing of acupoint sticking therapy combined with ear pressure beans in the treatment of vomiting of pregnancy. Methods 80 cases of vomiting of pregnancy from 2014 to 2015 years were divided into control group and observation group according to the table of random numbers, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional fluid replacement treatment. The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with ear pressure ap-plicator bean treatment. Both groups were given clinical nursing intervention. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed in the comparison. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, the vomiting incidence of the control group was70.0%, and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint sticking therapy combined with ear pressure beans and clinical nursing intervention in the treatment of vomiting of pregnancy can improve the therapeutic effect,and is worthy of promotion.
