养肝汤联合西药治疗慢性乙型黄疸型肝炎37例

Yanggan Decoction combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Icteric Hepatitis B for 37 Cases

目的分析养肝汤+甘利欣(DG)在慢性乙型黄疸型肝炎临床治疗中的应用效果。方法择取本院2014年4月—2016年5月期间收治的慢性乙型黄疸型肝炎患者74例,按照患者入院时间以及个人意愿,划分为治疗组与对照组,每组各37例。对照组患者接受DG治疗,治疗组患者接受DG+养肝汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组患者治疗前在ALB、TBIL、ALT方面的肝功能指标无明显差异(P>0.05);但是治疗后,治疗组组患者的指标数据明显优于对照组患者,即相应数据比较,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的Hbe Ag转阴率明显高于对照组患者,即两组数据组间差异P<0.05,存在统计学意义;但是两组患者在Hbs Ag方面的转阴率并无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.59%,明显高于参照组患者的70.27%,即两组数据组间比较存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型黄疸型肝炎患者行养肝汤联合甘利欣(DG)治疗,可以有效缓解患者的症状,提高临床治疗效果,有利于患者预后良性发展,改善患者生存质量,值得临床大力推广运用。

Objective To analyze the the application effect of Yanggan decoction and diammonium glycyrrhizinate（DG） in the clini-cal treatment of chronic icteric hepatitis B. Methods Choosing 74 cases of patients with chronic icteric hepatitis B from April 2014 to May 2016, in accordance with the time of hospitalization and personal wishes, they were divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 37 cases. The control group received DG treatment, and treatment group received DG and Yanggan decoc-tion treatment. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group of patients before treatment in ALB, TBIL and ALT of liver function index（ P〉0.05）. After treatment, the index data of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference had statis-tical significance between the groups（P〈0.05）. The Hbe Ag negative rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant P 0.05, but negative in Hbs Ag rate of the two groups did not differ significantly（ P〉0.05）. The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59% which was significantly higher than 70.27% of the control group. There was statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Yanggan decoction and DG in the clinical treatment of chronic icteric hepatitis B can effectively relieve the symptoms, improve clinical curative ef-fect and quality of life, and is beneficial to the prognosis of patients with benign development. It is worthy of clinical spread in a large area.
