摘要
学业倦怠是当前我国大学生中普遍存在着的一种现象。该研究采用电子问卷法及实地访问等方式,对山西、天津、烟台、浙江等地20所高校的268名大学生进行问卷调查,并通过spss21.0统计分析,发现教师在课堂教学中表现出来的失范行为对学业倦怠具有正向预测作用,而大学生心理资本对学业倦怠具有反向预测作用,大学生的心理资本在教师课堂失范行为与学业倦怠之间起到完全中介作用。
Learning burnout is a common phenomenon among college students in our country. This research was conducted based on an online questionnaire and interviews involving 268 students of about 20 colleges in Shanxi, Tianjin, Zhe- jiang and made an analysis via spss21.0, and the conclusion was that there is a negative effect of the teachers' anomie behavior on the students' burnout in learning. The psychological capital of the students plays the role of mediator in the relationship between the anomie behavior of the teacher and learning burnout of the students.
