山西抗日根据地扶贫工作的历史与启示

The History and Revelation of Poverty Alleviation in Anti-Japanese Base Areas in Shanxi

由于日本侵略者的烧杀抢掠以及自然灾害的频发与肆虐,山西抗日根据地的广大人民群众大多挣扎在深重的贫困当中。山西抗日根据地在党中央的统一领导和部署下,开展了粮食救济、增加农贷、以工代赈、鼓励发展副业等一系列的扶贫举措,不仅帮助困难群众渡过了难关,还进一步巩固了党群团结。山西抗日根据地扶贫工作的历史经验对于当今农村的扶贫工作依然具有重要的历史借鉴意义。

Because of the Japanese aggression and natural disasters, most of the people struggled in poverty in Shanxi anti-Japanese base areas. In this situation, a series of measures for poverty alleviation were carried out, such as food aid, increase of agricultural credit and cash, encouragement of sideline and so on. The poverty alleviation not only helped the poor but also further consolidated the unity between the Party and the masses. The experience of the history and revelation of poverty alleviation work in Shanxi anti-Japanese base areas still has its historical significance for today＇s rural poverty alleviation work.
