基于公民道德素质要素分析的道德建设现状与提升途径——以武汉市为例

The current status of the moral construction and ways to improve based on analysis of the elements of the civic ethical standards—— as an example of Wuhan City

自党的十六大以来,中央政府多次提出加强青少年品德教育、荣辱观和社会主义核心价值观教育等系列决策部署,加强公民道德建设。公民道德素质建设成为以德治国领域的重要课题,在此大背景下,武汉市立足公民道德建设(1),着手开展了全国文明城市建设。本文以武汉市为例,基于公民道德内涵要素分析的基础上,做了现状调研和评估,以期通过公民道德建设现状寻找公民道德建设的具体途径。
