摘要
教师实践性知识作为教师专业发展的知识基础起着举足轻重的作用。本文主要探索和研究了外语教师的实践性知识的内涵、生成特征以及路径等,外语教师正是通过不断地学习、实践、反思、再实践和再反思来不断地获取和发展自身的实践性知识,最终促进外语教师自身的专业发展。
Teachers; practical knowledge plays an important role in education and teaching as a foundation of knowledge of teachers' professional development. The paper focuses on exploring and researching the connotation, the generating characteristics and the generating paths of foreign language teachers' practical knowledge. Foreign language teachers learn, practice, reflect, further practice and further reflect to create and develop teachers' practical knowledge persistently by the important paths of their practical knowledge to facilitate foreign language teachers' own professional pesistent development ultimately.
