新建院区人力资源管理SWOT分析——以安徽省立医院南区为例 被引量:5

摘要 目的随着医疗需求的增长和城市化进程加快,国内很多城市公立医院都建立了新建院区。本研究分析新建院区人力资源管理的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,需要注意的问题及合理化建议,以期为医院管理者提供借鉴参考。方法本研究以安徽省立医院南区进行实证研究,通过SWOT分析方法阐述该新建院区人力资源管理的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。结果通过实证研究和SWOT分析法明确了新建院区人力资源管理的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,并针对新建院区人力资源管理需要关注的问题提出合理化建议。结论新建院区人力资源管理需要明确管理模式和组织构架,明确功能定位,科学规划学科布局,合理界定院区间责权利关系,构建一体化的医院文化。 Objective With the growth of medical demand and the acceleration of urbanization, many public hospi- tals in cities have established new districts. This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, problems and reasonable suggestions of human resource management in the new hospital districts, in order to provide references for hos- pital managers. Methods In this study, an empirical research in the Southern District of Anhui Provincial Hospital was con- ducted and SWOT method was used to elaborate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the human resource management in the newly - established hospital district. Results The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the human resource management in the new hospital district was made explicit and reasonable suggestions were given to the prob- lems that needed attention in terms of human resource management in the new hospital district. Conclusion The human re- source management in the new hospital district needs to specify the management mode, organizational structure and functional orientation, scientifically plan the disciplinary layout, rationally define the relations of responsibilities, rights and interests a- mong different hospital districts, and develop an integrated hospital culture.
