国内外客观结构化临床考试现状及改进设想——以杭州师范大学医学院为例

Present situation and improvement ideas of OSCE based on domestic and oversea experience

客观结构化临床考试,因其能客观评价医学生或临床医生的各项临床职业技能已在国外被普遍采用,但在我国尚处于起步摸索阶段。考站设置、标准化病人队伍建设、评估反馈机制及管理制度都亟待探讨与完善。合适的长短站设置、因人制宜的考核内容、相对稳定的考官和标准化病人队伍、完善的评价和反馈制度是我校以后改进和完善的方向。

Because of its ability to evaluate medical students or clinician of the clinical professional skirls objectively, OSCE has been widely used overseas. However, the examination is still at the initial exploration stage in China. Test station setting, team building standardized patient, evaluating feedback mechanism and management system are urgently investigated and improved. Appropriate stations, individual tailored tests material, stable examiner, and sound evaluation and feedback system are what our school need to work on in the future.
