摘要
目的:通过控烟课程的学习,提高学生控烟能力与控烟积极性。方法:选取本院预防班学生为教学对象,采用所罗门四组准实验研究方法,使用"六位一体"课程模式进行教学。结果:在控制前测变量后,实验组控烟态度、控烟兴趣和动机的得分提高明显,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:控烟课程可以有效提高预防医学生的控烟态度、控烟兴趣和动机;短时间内学生吸烟行为的改变并不明显。
Objective:To improve students' ability and enthusiasm in tobacco control by studying tobacco control course. Method Preventa- tive medicine class participated. Quasi-experimental research methods of and the "six integration" teaching mode were adopted . Results On the pretest, the experimental group and the control group were ANCOVA, after controlling for pretest variables, the experimental group tobacco atti- tude, interest and motivation for smoking scores improved significantly, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion To- bacco control programs can effectively improve the preventive medical students attitude, interest and motivation for tobacco control tobacco con- trol so as to improve students' smoking behavior. Short term student smoking behavior change is not obvious.
