摘要 目的:探讨将PDCA循环应用于新生儿科临床实习教学的效果。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年9月进入新生儿科临床实习的八年制实习生80人为研究对象,随机分为对照组(传统教学)和实验组(PDCA),观察比较两组实习生考核成绩及对临床带教的评价。结果:实验组出科理论及操作成绩、患儿家长满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组实习医生对带教评分和专业选择意向均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法应用于新生儿科临床带教效果显著,可以提高实习生实习成绩和沟通能力,提高临床带教质量,增加新生儿专业选择意向比例。 Objective:The aim of this study was to determine the role of PDCA circulation theory in neonatal clinical teaching. Methods: Medicine students who had clinical practice during September 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: Conventional teaching group and PDCA teaching group. We compared both the test score of the students and the score of teachers given by students between the two groups. Result: The score of final test and patient satisfaction of PDCA teaching group were higher than that of conventional teaching group. Compare to conventional teaching group, the score of teachers given by students were higher in PDCA teaching group. Additionally, more students had intention of becoming pediatric doctor in PDCA teaching group than that in conventional teaching group. Conclusion: Application of PDCA Circulation Theory in neonatal clinical teaching not only can improve the quality of teaching, but also can increase the percent of stu- dents who had intention of becoming pediatric doctor in future.
