瑞舒伐他汀联合丹参酮对老年心力衰竭患者血清NF-κB和IL-1β水平的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Rosuvastatin combined with Tanshinone on the Serum NF-κB and IL-1β Levels of Elderly Patients with Heart Failure

摘要 目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合丹参酮对老年心力衰竭患者血清核转录因子kappaB(NF-KB)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。方法:选择2011年7月-2015年7月于我院进行治疗的老年心力衰竭患者68例,按照电脑生成的随机数字表将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各34例,对照组使用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗,实验组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加用丹参酮进行治疗,对比分析两组患者血清核因子-KB(NF—KB)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、超敏c反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、一氧化氮(N0)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平,并对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者血清NF—KB、IL-1β,ET-1、BNP及hs-CRP水平均降低,血清N0水平均升高(P〈0.05),且与对照组相比,实验组患者血清NF—KB、IL-1β、hs-CRP、ET-1及BNP水平较低,NO水平及临床总有效率较高(P〈0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合丹参酮对老年心力衰竭具有很好的治疗效果,推测其机制与降低血清NF-KB、IL-1β、hs-CRP、ET-1及BNP水平及升高NO水平有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Rosuvastatin combined with Tanshinonein on the serum NF-KB and IL-1β levels of elderly patients with heart failure. Methods: A total of 68 cases of elderly patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2011 were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 34 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by Rosuvastatin, patients in the experimental group were treated on the base of the control group with Tanshinone, the serum nuclear factor KB (NF-KB) predominate, interleukin 1B (IL-1β), hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin 1 (ET 1) and b-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels as well as the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with before treatment, the serum NF-KB and IL-1β, ET-1, the BNP and the hs-CRP levels were lower after treatment in both groups. The level of serum NO were increased (P〈0.05), and compared with control group, the serum ofNF-KB, IL-1β, hs- CRP, ET- Iand BNP levels were lower, the NO level was higher (P〈0.05); And compared with the control group, the total effective rate of experimental group was higher(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Rosuvastatin combinedwith Tanshinone in the treatment of the elderly patients with heart failure have a good treatment effect, speculated that the mechanism is relate to the lower serum NF-KB, IL-1β, hs -CRP, ET- IL and BNP levels, increase the NO level.
