项背部肌群后伸等长抗阻力训练恢复机械性颈椎曲度的疗效分析

A Study on the Mechanism of Isometric Resistance Training in Rearward Stretching of Muscle Group around Neck Back in the Recovery of Cervical Curvature

摘要 目的:探究项背部肌群后伸等长抗阻力训练恢复机械性颈痛患者颈椎曲度的疗效及其机制。方法:选取我院收治的机械性颈痛患者60例,将其作为临床研究对象。对患者进行常规牵引、推拿等常规治疗,在此基础上对患者进行项背部肌群后伸等长抗阻力训练。观察机械性颈痛患者颈椎曲度的改变情况,并对等长抗阻力训练恢复颈椎曲度的机制进行探究。结果:60例患者进行等长抗阻力训练治疗(20.4±2.3)次,患者颈痛均消失,且36例患者颈椎曲度基本恢复至颈椎生理曲度,21例患者有所好转,3例患者无效,颈椎曲度改善情况较佳,有效率为95%,术治疗后患者VAS,JOA评分与治疗前相比明显下降,差异具有统计学意义。结论:项背部肌群后伸等长抗阻力训练对机械性颈痛患者的颈椎曲度具有十分显著的恢复效果,颈椎功能恢复情况较好,适合在临床上广泛推广。 Objective: To explore the curative effect and its mechanism of isometric resistance training in rearward stretching of muscle group around neck back, in the recovery of cervical curvature of patients with mechanical neck pain. Methods: 60 patients with mechanical neck pain in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the objects of this clinical study. On the basis of conventional treatments such as routine traction and massage, patients also got stretch isometric resistance training on the back muscle. The change of cervical curvature of patients with mechanical neck pain was observed, and the mechanism of isometric resistance training on recovery of cervical curvature was investigated. Results: After (20.4 ± 2.3) times' isometric resistance training treatment, 60 patients had the neck pain disappeared, and 36 patients had the cewical vertebrae curvature back to basic cervical physiological curvature, 21 patients improved and 3 cases ineffective. The cervical curvature was improved to a satisfactory degree, with the total effective rate of 95%. The VAS score and JOA score were significantly decreased after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Isometric resistance training, such as rearward stretching of muscle group around neck back had significant recovery effect on patients with cervical curvature, and good function recovery of cervical vertebra. Therefore, it can be widely applied in clinic.
