摘要
双孔钾通道是近年来发现的一种背景钾离子通道,广泛分布于各种组织细胞,参与维持细胞的静息膜电位。研究发现双孔钾通道可参与调节睡眠觉醒周期和痛觉传递,并与全身麻醉药产生的镇痛、镇静、抗焦虑作用有关。本文主要对双孔钾通道参与调节上述生理、病理过程的相关研究进展进行了综述。
The two-pore domain potassium channel (K2P) is a background channel, which is discovered in recent years.It widely distributes in all kinds of cells. K2P channel participates and maintains resting membrane potential. K2P plays an important role in sleep-wake cycle and pain. K2P channel is related to the effects produced by general anaesthetics,which includes analgesia, sedation and anxiolysis. This review describes recent research progress of K2P channel participates in the regulation of many physiological and pathological processes mentioned above.
