现代医疗技术的“身体”伦理被引量：4

摘要传统医学伦理学意图沟通为"身"的医学和为"心"的伦理,但受到身心二元论基础的局限,传统医学伦理学只片面强调"身"的机械修复而忽视"心"的情感体验,难以抓住医学伦理的意旨所在。现代医疗技术更凸显了对"身"的改造与完善,因而在传统思维模式下医学伦理困境愈发严峻。对现代医疗技术的伦理审思有必要实现"身体"转向。在身体伦理的视域中,现代医疗技术凭借高技术的运用以实现身心的良善合一为初衷,但在实践中又往往陷入身份认同危机引发的"身"与"心"的伦理困境,以及主体间对话缺失导致的"我"与"世界"的伦理困境。因此,充分利用身体伦理的学术资源,更新伦理向导的价值基础,成为现代医疗技术发展的题中之义。现代医疗技术的伦理向导应当回归"身体",在医学实践中关注与体验具体的活着的身体,在医学伦理实践中打破理性的普遍价值规范的痼疾。 Limited by mind-body dualism,the traditional medical ethics stresses the rehabilitation of body but ignoresthe emotional experience of mind. This is even more so in the modern medical technology. Body ethics holds thatthe sophisticated modern medicine is caught in an ethical dilemma between body and mind regardless its originalintention of an integration of the two. Therefore,it is time to reconsider the values of modern medical technologyand take body ethics into consideration.
