模因论视角下粤方言中英语外来词及其顺应性研究

A study on the English memes and its adaption in Cantonese

粤方言作为汉语方言中的"强势方言",以善于吸收外来词语尤其是英语词语著称。英语模因在粤方言中的不断复制和传播,说明粤方言具有很强的开放性和包容性特点,同时也进一步丰富了粤方言词汇,增强了粤方言的生命力。本文以模因论和顺应论的相关理论为基础,分析探讨了粤方言中英语模因的表现形式、广泛流行的原因及其在使用过程中顺应的因素,论证了粤方言中大量英语模因的存在和使用是交际者在言语交际过程中不断顺应不同的交际意图和语境,进而作出语言选择的结果。

Cantonese is famous for its borrowed English words. Those English words,after being duplicated and usedmany times,have become English memes in Cantonese. Based on Memetics and Adaption Theory,we discuss thevarious forms of English memes,reasons for popularity,and the elements they have adapted in use. It was provedthat the wide use of English words in Cantonese is also the result of dynamic adaption by the speakers.
