孙中山1919年撰写完成的《实业计划》是中国近代以来内容最丰富、最完整的实业发展方案。他所擘画的中国经济建设宏伟蓝图，借鉴国外成功经验又力图适应中国发展趋向，对全局和区域、整体和重点通盘筹划，主张坚持在国家主权前提下实行对外开放，谋求利用国外资本、人才、技术发展社会生产力，加快中国现代化发展步伐。这体现出其渴望中国摆脱贫困落后，实现国家繁荣富强和人民生活富裕美好的理想追求和卓识远见，具有一定的时代价值和社会意义，是留给后人的一份宝贵而丰富的精神遗产。本文以孙中山《实业计划》为中心，试对其撰述的思想渊源和实践轨迹进行述析。

The International Development of China written in 1919 by Sun Yat-sen is the most comprehensive industry development plan in modern China. In this great economic blueprint for China with overall and regional plans, Sun introduces overseas successes and looks at Chinese realities. He believes that state sovereignty is a prerequisite for opening up to the outside world. He also advocates drawing on foreign capital, professionals and technologies to develop domestic productive forces and accelerate China＇s modernization. The International Development of China reflects Sun＇s wishes to improve poverty and ideals for achieving national prosperity and plentitude of people＇s life. It is therefore precious intellectual heritage to later generations. The current author focuses on The International Development of China in an attempt to explore its philosophical origins and implementation.
