高血压肾损害血液透析患者生存质量及影响因素研究 被引量:1

Study on the quality of life and its influence factors of patients with hemodialysis of hypertensive nephrosclerosis

摘要 高血压肾病是常见的肾脏疾病之一。相关研究表明,90%的肾脏病终末期患者患有高血压。随着健康观念和医学模式的改变,病死率的降低不再是血液透析治疗惟一追求的目标,而是更着重于提高其生存质量。本研究旨在了解行血液透析高血压患者的生存质量状况及其影响因素,探讨提高高血压肾损害患者生存质量的措施,为提高高血压肾损害患者生存质量提供依据。
