以肠梗阻为主要表现的嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎1例报告
Eosinophilic gastroenteritis manifesting as intestinal obstruction: a case report
摘要
嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎feosinophilic gastroenteritis，EG）是一种原因不明的罕见疾病，临床以周围血中嗜酸粒细胞增高，胃肠道嗜酸粒细胞浸润及胃肠道水肿增厚为特征。本病临床表现无特异性，主要表现为腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、腹泻，少数出现腹水、肠梗阻、甚至便血。
