外加剂组分对高韧性低收缩混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 研究了外加剂中减缩、增韧和黏度调节组分对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、体积稳定性能、弯曲韧性指数等的影响,探讨了外加剂减缩、增韧和黏度调节的机理,制备了高韧性低收缩混凝土:28d抗折强度〉7.0MPa,28d抗压强度50~56MPa,弯曲韧性指数120〉20,180d干燥收缩率小于430×10^-6,并成功应用于遂西高速李家户大桥桥面铺装,取消了钢筋网片,取得了显著的经济效益。 Research on the influence of function component of shrinkage reducing, toughening and water reducing in admixture on vol- ume stability, flexural toughness,working performance and mechanical properties of concrete has been done, The mechanism of shrinkage reducing and toughening performance of admixture was probed Finally, a kind of C40 bridge deck pavement concrete with 28 d flexural strength greater than 7.0 MPa, 28 d compressive strength 50-56 MPa, flexural toughness index 120 greater than 20, shrinkage during dry- ing (relative humidity: 60+5%) lower than 430×10^-6 was prepared.
