摘要
采用FLUENT计算软件对自密实混凝土(简称SCC)工作性能进行了数值模拟分析,将自密实混凝土拌合物看作均匀单一流体,应力-应变关系采用Herschel-Bulklkey(简称H-B)模型,流变性能由屈服应力和塑性黏度两个参数控制。通过对坍落度试验、L型流动仪试验的数值模拟,以砂率、水胶比和胶凝材料用量为变量研究自密实混凝土工作性能,结合已有的试验结果进行对比分析,得出关于流动性与抗离析性之间的关系。
It is based on the computational software FLUENT about the numerical studies of self-compacting concrete performance.It take self-compacting concrete as a single fluid mixture, use Herschel-Bulklkey model as constitutive relation, and control the rheological properties by yield stress and plastic viscosity.By modeling the slump test and L flow meter test and combining the tests results, It study the influence of working performance of self-compacting concrete by the sand ratio, water/cement ratio and dosage of gelled material.It can get the relationship between the liquidity and segregation resistance.
