钢纤维改性橡胶混凝土基本力学性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度和静力抗压弹性模量的试验,研究了不同掺量的橡胶和钢纤维对钢纤维改性橡胶混凝土基本力学性能的影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)设备观察了橡胶颗粒和钢纤维与混凝土基体的界面结合情况。试验分析结果表明:钢纤维掺量对橡胶纤维混凝土的抗压强度影响不大,但对其抗拉强度和抗折强度有重要影响,提高的幅值分别是8%、60%左右;橡胶掺量对橡胶纤维混凝土的抗折强度影响不大,但随着橡胶掺量的增大,表现出一定塑性破坏特征;橡胶掺量增加,钢纤维改性橡胶混凝土的抗压强度和抗拉强度降低。研究成果可为钢纤维改性橡胶混凝土在路面工程中的应用提供参考。 In order to investigate the influence of rubber particles and steel fiber content on mechanical properties of steel fiber modified rubber concrete( SFMRC ), cube compressive strength test, splitting strength test,bending strength test and static compressive modulus test were conducted,and the microstructure of ITZ between rubber particle/steel fiber and cement matrix was studied based on SEM.The test results indicate that the compressive strength of SFMRC is not affected by steel fiber content obviously,but it's important for tensile strength and bending strength.The tensile strength and bending strength can be improved for 8% and 60% respectively.Similarly, the bend- ing strength of S FMRC is not affected by rubber particle content obviously, but with the increasing of rubber particle content, the plasticity of SFMRC increased.Compressive strength and tensile strength of SFMRC decreased with rubber particle increase.It can be a reference of SFMRC application in pavement engineering.
