摘要
为探索取芯法检测混凝土抗水渗透性能的可行性、标准试样检测混凝土抗水渗透性能的可靠性及不同抗渗等级的混凝土抗水渗透试验数据的差别,针对试验室标准试样、试验室构件的混凝土抗水渗透性能进行试验、对比和分析。试验结果表明取芯法检测混凝土抗水渗透性能是可行的,但芯样的试验数据平均值、离散性较标准试样偏大,且宜取较大直径的芯样;现有施工技术条件下,采用标准试样检测混凝土抗水渗透性能的现行试验方法较保守,未能较好的反映混凝土的实际抗水渗透性能;P10抗渗等级的离散性明显大于P8、P6抗渗等级。对实体结构混凝土的抗水渗透性能的研究、检测有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to explore the feasibility of testing the resistance of concrete to water penetration through drilled core,the reliability of testing resistance to water penetration by standard sample, and the difference between the test data of concrete resistance to water penetration of different levels.It is aim to test, compare and analyze the resistance of concrete to water penetration of standard sample and laboratory com- ponent.The results show that it is feasible to testing the resistance of concrete to water penetration through drill core,but the average value and discrete of the core is larger compared with standard sample, and cores with larger diameters are better.To test resistance of concrete to water penetration by standard sample is conservative,which can not reflect the real resistance of concrete to water penetration.So it has a certain ref- erence to the study and test of resistance of concrete to water penetration especially entity structure concrete.
