Under the socialist market economy, literary and artistic work in the army is faced with severe challenges from the information age, market economy and industrial specialization. Currently, we must have an insight into the important signifi- cance of military-civilian integration, adhering to the fine tradition of military-civilian unity and integration, correctly treating the multiple properties and production changes of literary and artistic works in the army, and innovating our ideas, so as to promote the innovative development of military-civilian integration in the army, and strive to open a new situation of literary and artistic work in the army.
