张家口地方应用型本科院校青年教师培养的协同创新模式研究

Research on the Collaborative Innovation Model of Young Teacher Cultivation in Local Applied Undergraduate Universities of Zhangjiakou

本文根据当前张家口地方应用型本科院校青年教师培养中出现的问题为出发点,借鉴协同创新理念,以学校自己内部的教师教育发展中心为平台,借助校内外资源,大力推进地方应用型本科院校与中小学、幼儿园,以及其他高等院校、科研院所、相关行业企业、地方政府的协同合作,通过加强青年教师发展中的各子系统之间的有效合作和互动,实现优势互补,进一步促进地方应用型本科院校青年教师发展的整体水平,既可以满足地方高校培养应用型人才的要求,又能更好地服务于张家口地方区域经济社会的发展。

In view of the problems existing in the current cultivation of young teachers in local applied undergraduate universities of Zhangjiakou, based on the collaborative innovation idea and the internal teacher education and development center of universities, and with the help of external resources, we vigorously impel the collaboration between local applied undergraduate universities and primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, other colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, related industries and enterprises and local governments. By enhancing the effective cooperation and interaction of different sub-systems in the development of young teachers, complementary advantages are realized, so that the overall level of young teacher development in local applied undergraduate universities is further promoted. This not only meets the need of applied talents cultivation, but also serves the regional economic and social development of Zhangjiakou.
