摘要
在通识教育的理念下,培养健全的人格,使受教育者成为健全的人,幸福课肩负着不可或缺的责任。21世纪,关注人类优势与幸福的积极心理学(幸福课)运动日益声势浩大,但同时也存在一些困境。因此,要借鉴国外学者的实践经验,但更应该直面困难,在高校建立一套中国本土化的幸福课,以期达到预计效果。
Under the concept of general education, cultivating sound personality and making the educated perfect is an essential responsibility of well-being course. In the 21st century, positive psychology (well-being course), paying attention to human advantages and well-being, is increasingly popularized, but there are also some problems. Therefore, we should not only refer to foreign experience of practice, but also face up to the difficulties, establishing a well-being course with Chinese characteristics, so as to achieve the expected effect.
