基建档案工作面临的问题与对策浅议

A Brief Discussion on the Problems in the Management of Capital Construction Archives and the Suggestions

为了进一步规范我国基建档案的管理工作,在分析了基建档案管理工作特点的基础上,本文提出了基建档案管理工作亟待解决的几个问题:档案不够齐全完整,管理制度不够完善、从业人员素质有待加强等。同时,健全基建档案管理制度,规范档案编制规则;加强组织领导,合理分工,明确职责;加强培训,提高人员素质和档案保护意识等建议。

To further normalized management of capital construction archives, based on analyzing its characteristics, in this paper-, several issues in integrity, management system, and quality of employees were pointed out. Furthermore, the corresponding suggestions were put forward： to complete a management system of capital construction archives, to standardize archives preparation rules; to strengthen organizational leaderships, to rationally divide labor and clear responsibilities, to improve staff quality by training, etc.
