网络视角下大学生心理健康教育的现状及对策分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of University Students' Psychological Health Education under the Network Perspective

网络对大学生既有积极影响,也有消极影响,在网络环境下,高校应该充分发挥网络的积极因素,充分了解大学生的心理健康障碍,有针对性地开展大学生心理健康教育,构建大学生心理健康教育体系。本文试从网络环境下大学生心理表现入手,充分阐述了大学生网络环境下大学生心理健康教育的影响,在此基础上,提出了大学生心理健康教育的对策。

Network has both positive and negative influences upon university students. Under the context of Internet, colleges and universities should fully play the positive factors of network, understand university students mental health obstacles, carry out the psychological health education of university students with pertinence and constitute the education system of mental health of university students. This paper tries to start from the psychological performance of university students under the network environment, fully elaborating the influence of mental health education of university students under such environment, and puts forward countermeasures of their mental health education on this basis.
