On the Current Situation of University Students' Employment and Their Employment Guidance

大学生就业指导作为高校重要的一门课程,已经在帮助大学生就业方面发挥了重要作用。但是对于就业指导的进一步认识,我们做得还不够。大学生就业难现状,直接体现了就业指导的弊端,针对大学生就业软肋,我们应该怎样去改善就业指导呢?

University students＇ employment guidance, as an important course, plays an important role in promoting university students＇ employment. But we don＇t have further knowledge on employment guidance. University students＇ difficult employment directly reflects the shortcomings of employment guidance. In view of the situation, this paper discusses how to improve uni- versity students＇ employment guidance.
