摘要
本文对中日两国的日常料理进行对比和分析,阐述了中日两国对日常料理的不同认知和理解,研究中日两国在料理方面存在的文化差异。旨在让我们从料理这个角度更进一步了解中日之间的文化渊源,在中日两国之间的交流和我们今后的工作、学习中可以更好地了解和尊重两国之间的文化背景和差异。
Based on a comparison of daily dishes between China and Japan, this paper elaborates the different understandings of daily dishes between China and Japan, and studies the cultural differences of China and Japan in dishes. The aim is to further learn about the cultural origins of China and Japan from the perspective of dishes, so as to better understand and respect China-Japan cultural differences in future work and study.
