摘要
英语口语技能是英语语言运用能力的综合体现,学习动机被广泛地认为是影响学生学业成绩的主要因素之一。实际生活中,大学生口语水平普通较低,学生对英语口语的重视程度还有待提高。本文以医学院在校学生为研究对象,从学习动机角度探讨、分析学生口语水平不高的原因,试图多角度多层次地探寻影响医学生英语口语学习动机的主要因素,并对如何提高医学生口语学习动机提出一些建议。
Spoken English skill is the comprehensive reflection of a student's English language application ability. Learn- ing motivation is widely accepted as a major factor influencing students' academic performance. In real life, most university students' spoken English level is low and they don't pay much attention to spoken English. With enrolled medical university students as the research object, this paper analyzes the causes of students' low spoken English level from the perspective of learning motivation, attempting to explore the main factors influencing medical students' learning motivation in spoken English from multiple perspectives and levels. We also put forward some suggestions on how to improve medical students' learning motivation in spoken English.
