摘要
本文从影响大米中镉测量结果的几个主要因素着手,建立数学模型,对大米中镉的测量结果进行不确定度评估。计算得出样品大米中镉含量为0.193 mg/Kg时,测定结果的合成标准不确定度为0.0060mg/Kg,扩展不确定度为0.012mg/Kg。
The very mathematical model in this essay is made to assess the uncertainty of cadmium measuring at basis of the major factors which affect the measurement of working. Through the calculation when the cadmium content was 0.193 mg/Kg in the sample rice, the combined standard uncertainty comes out 0.0060mg/Kg, and the expanded uncertainty is 0.012mg/Kg.
