社会治理视野下城市餐厨废弃物处理的对策研究——以浙江衢州市为例

摘要 在当前的发展形势下,城市餐厨废弃物的处理已成为社会治理的重要内容。衢州市于2014年正式启动餐厨废弃物资源化利用和无害化处理试点城市建设工作。本文列举了国内外餐厨废弃物管理的政策和措施,以衢州主城区餐厨废弃物产量大数据为基点,剖析餐厨废弃物处理的现状及原因,并试图站在社会治理的视角从对应的党组织、社会组织、人民团体、企业和餐饮单位等五个方面提出建议与对策。 In the present development situation, the treatment of city food waste has become an important part of social governance. The government of Quzhou launched food waste stabilization and harmless treatment of pilot city construction work in 2014. This paper lists the policies and measures of food waste management at home and abroad, which is based on waste production data in Quzhou City. Under the analysis of the current situation and reasons of waste treatment, this paper attempts at the perspective of social governance to put forward suggestions and countermeasures from six aspects of corresponding to the party, social organizations, people's organizations, enterprises and catering units.
