摘要
随着我国高等教育改革的进一步推进,地方师范院校要实现向应用型转变,必须主动适应经济结构调整和产业升级的要求。转型背景下地方师范院校必须从传统的师范教育向新型的教师教育专业化转变。本文首先从师范专业与非师范专业发展的不平衡性、师范教育与教师教育的区别、师范生教育实践能力、学科教学论师资队伍等方面分析了转型背景下地方师范院校教师教育人才培养的现状,然后从坚守教师教育特色、更新教师教育理念、加强师资队伍建设、优化实践教育体系等方面讨论了地方师范院校教师教育改革和人才培养的对策。
With the further development of higher education reform, in order to realize the change to the type of application, local normal universities must take the initiative to meet the needs of the economic structure adjustment and industrial upgrading. Under the background of transformation, local normal universities must change from the traditional teacher education to the new type of teacher education. This paper analyzes the present situation of talent cultivation for teacher education in local normal universities under the background of transformation from the imbalance between normal majors and non-normal majors, the difference between normal education and teacher education, the students' educational practice ability, teachers' team of course teaching theory. Then, from holding the characteristics of teacher education, updating the education idea, strengthening the construction of teachers' team, optimizing the system of practice education, the teacher education reform and the talent training countermeasures in local normal universities are discussed.
