社会工作实践教学可以为学生提供一个将课堂上所学的价值、知识和技能同实际服务过程联系起来的机会,而推进社会工作专业实践教学的良性发展需要一定的外部条件作为保障机制。不同的实践教学形式,其保障机制也有差异,从总体上看,社会工作专业实践教学保障机制应包括师资、实验室和实践教学基地、经费保障,以及制度保障等四个构成要件,四大要件的获得则需要从专业、学校、社会三个方面入手。

Social work practice teaching can provide students with an opportunity to connect the value, knowledge, and skills studied in the classroom with the actual service process, and promoting the healthy development of social work practice teaching needs some external conditions as a guarantee mechanism. Different forms of practice teaching needs different protection mechanisms. On the whole, social work practice teaching security system should include four components, such as teachers, laboratory and practice teaching base, funds guarantee, and system guarantee. And the four elements need to be obtained from such three aspects of major, school and society.
