Current Situation and Discussion on the Innovation of Graduation Practice Specializing in Military Materials Engineering

本文分析了国防科技大学军用材料工程专业毕业实习的现状和存在的问题,从顶层设计、校内外实习基地建设、实习内容和安排、实习组织和考评、教学团队建设及教员培养和激励等角度进行改革探讨,为该专业毕业实习的改革提供了新思路。

The current situation and problems of graduation practice specializing in military materials engineering in National University of Defense Technology were discussed. The reforms including top-level design, practice base establishment, arrangement and content of practice, organization and evaluation of practice, building of teaching team, training and motivation of teachers were proposed, to provide some new ideas for the reforms of the graduation practice of this major.
