凉山彝族地区本土型旅游人才培养的现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Loral Tourism Talent Cultivation in Liangshan Yi Minority Nationality Areas

本文通过对凉山彝族地区本土型旅游人才培养的现状分析入手,探讨了本土型人才培养过程中的现实问题,进一步提出培养本土型人才的对策,即要通过转化人才培养观念、加强人才激励机制和优化人才结构促进凉山旅游人才的发展。

Starting from the current situation of local tourism talent cultivation in Liangshan Yi minority nationality areas, this paper explores the realistic problems existing in the cultivation of local talents, and further puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate local talents, such as transforming the ideas of talent cultivation, enhancing talent incentive mechanism and optimizing talent structure, aiming to promote the development of tourism talents in Liangshan.
