本文旨在通过高职院校"三双育人体系"中的"学员+员工"双核心管理的理念为切入点,结合学员管理制度,构建学员管理德育教育体系和行为管理体系,通过对学员实行企业化管理及设立具有实践性、开放性和职业性的大师工作室来优化人才管理和培养模式,并用规范的制度和考核方式引导学员、激励学员。

The article is aimed at establishing the moral education system and behavior management system of students administration, along with students administration regulations, from the perspective of ＂student＋staff＂ dual-core administration which is implemented as the key factor of ＂Triple Double-S Educating System＂ in higher vocational colleges. Through implementing the enterprise-style administration and setting up the pragmatic, open and vocational Master Workshop, it is designed to optimize the talent management and cultivation mode as well as guide and inspire the students with the normative regulations and evaluation system.
