高校普通话测试员队伍建设现状和对策探析

Exploration on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Team Construction for University Putonghua Testers

普通话测试员作为普通话测试主体和推广普通话的中坚力量,具有十分重要的作用。本文分析了机辅测试环境下普测的新特点及对测试员的新要求,针对高校测试员队伍存在的问题,从管理制度、测试水平、研测教结合及稳定队伍等方面提出相关对策,以期实现高校测试员队伍的科学建设,进而维护普通话水平测试的公信度和效率,更好地推进高校普通话测试和推广工作。

As the backbone force for popularizing Putonghua, Putonghua testers play an important role as the main part of Putonghua test. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of computer-assisted Putonghua test and the new requirements for Putonghua testers, and in view of the problems existing in the team construction for university Putonghua testers, puts forward corresponding countermeasures from management system, test level, research-test-teaching combination and a stable team, hoping to realize the scientific team construction for university Putonghua testers, and then maintain the credibility and efficiency of Putonghua test, and better promote university Putonghua test and its popularization.
