大学生是最有创新意识、创业潜力的社会群体,他们有很多优势的同时也有很多缺点。大学生创业失败的案例大大超过成功的案例,他们失败的原因有很多,但是没有吃苦耐劳、追求精益求精、不怕挫折、乐观进取、追求卓越品质的工匠精神是重要原因之一。

College students constitute a social group with the most awareness of innovation and most potentials of entrepreneurship. They have both advantages and disadvantages. Compared with cases of successful entrepreneurship, there are far more cases of failed entrepreneurship. Many factors cause their failure, but an important one is that they lack craftsmanship spirit which includes bearing hardships and standing hard work, keeping improving, perseverance, optimism, and pursuing excellent quality.
