摘要
本文以常信院为例论述了基于SPOC的混合式英语教学模式下教师角色的转变。与知识传授者的传统角色相比较,混合式教学模式要求教师承担更多的角色:成为懂技术的教师、成为导学者、成为团队合作者、成为交流合作者。
This paper discusses the changes of teachers' roles in the mode of blended English teaching based on SPOC. Compared with the traditional role of knowledge initiator, teachers in the new mode have to assume more roles: to become a teacher who is good at technology, to become a guide, to be-come a team-member, and to become a communicator.
