摘要
本文从管理的实践出发,首先简述了领导和领导理论,然后引入领导五因素理论,并作了简要介绍,最后以新东方教育科技集团的董事长兼总裁俞敏洪先生为例,运用领导五因素理论一一简析其领导素养,以期对从事管理工作实践的人们提升领导力有一些助益和启发。
Starting from the practice of management, the paper firstly defines leadership and states its theories, then introduces the leadership theory of five elements briefly. In order to help and enlighten the people engaging in management to improve their leadership, the paper, lastly, by using the leadership theory of five elements, takes Yu Minhong, the chairman and CEO of New Oriental Education Technology Group, as an example, and analyses his leadership qualities.
