“结构性失业”背景下地方高校农学院本科教育教学改革实践探索

Practice and Exploration on Undergraduate Education and Teaching Reform in Agricultural Colleges of Local Universities under the Background of "Structural Unemployment"

大学生结构性失业问题,与地方高校的生存和发展、与国家科教兴国战略的实施、与"三农"问题的解决紧密关联。作为一个地方高校的农学院,如何培养出符合农业发展要求、满足市场需要的"下得去、留得住、用的上"的有用人才问题,已无法回避。针对这一严峻课题,长江大学农学院近年来大胆改革,努力实践,实施了"分段模块化"、"一制三化"人才培养模式和"两基双导三段式"实践教学模式,在提高本科毕业生综合素质、实践技能,创新、创业能力以及就业竞争力等方面取得了一定成效。

Structural unemployment of college graduates is closely related to the survival and development of local colleges and universities, the implementation of ＂The Strategy of Rejuve- nating China through Science and Education＂, and the solution of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. As a local agricultural college, it cannot avoid an issue, how to train useful talents to meet the demands for the development of agricuhure and mar- ket. In order to solve the issue, there are some bold efforts to reform and practice educational models of practice teaching in College of Agriculture, Yangtze University recent years. The overall quality of college graduates is improved during those reforms and practices, such as practice skills, innovation, entre- preneurship, employability, competitiveness, and so on.
